Products and prices

Product descriptions, sizes, availability and prices are shown on the product and checkout pages. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before you place an order. We may correct a listing error or contact you if an item is unavailable; we will not substitute a product without your agreement.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the items in your checkout. We send an order confirmation with an order number. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Interac e-Transfer orders remain pending until the transfer is received and verified. We may contact you if information is needed to process an order.

Delivery

We deliver to eligible Canadian addresses entered at checkout. Delivery dates shown during checkout or on your confirmation are estimates; carrier delays and circumstances outside our control can affect them. If you need help with an order, contact Client Care and provide your order number.

Returns and damaged items

Contact Client Care within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Fragrance must be unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that apply by law.

Independent brand

Aurovia Scents is an independent fragrance retailer. Any references to other fragrance names are provided to describe scent inspiration and do not imply affiliation, endorsement or authorization by the referenced brands.
