When you contact Client Care, we use the details and message you provide to respond. The site also processes technical information needed to operate securely and prevent abuse.

We use order details to take payment, prepare and deliver your purchase, send order-related messages and provide customer support. Contact-form details are used to handle your request. We do not use checkout details to send promotional email.

Service providers and payments

We use service providers to host the store, process payments, store order records and send transactional email. These providers receive information needed to provide their services. Card details are entered through Stripe’s payment interface; this store does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as it is needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet record-keeping obligations and resolve disputes. We use access controls and security measures intended to protect stored information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
